The Innovation & Technology sub-committee continues to curate content pertaining to the development and application of advancement in neurosurgical oncology.

In June 2023, the subcommittee co-chair presented a webinar entitled, “Large Language Model Artificial Intelligence: The Current State and Future of ChatGPT in Neuro-Oncology Publishing” as part of the Tumor Talk Webinar series hosted by the Journal of Neuro-Oncology.

The Special Collection Edition of the Journal Neuro-Oncology entitled, “Innovation and Technology in Neurosurgical Oncology,” will open for submissions in fall 2023 with a planned publication in 2024. We look forward to receiving contributions from our subcommittee members and the Tumor Section at large, including content presented at this year’s annual CNS meeting with the theme of Imagine, Innovate, Inspire.
