We are happy to share the Fall 2022 edition of the AANS/CNS Section on Tumors Newsletter.  As we exit the COVID-19 pandemic, traditional Tumor Section activities have resumed in parallel with virtual synchronous and asynchronous educational opportunities, reflecting the new balance we have adopted in the care of our brain and spine tumor patients. Our embrace of digital communication platforms not only has brought our patients closer but has connected our colleagues locally and globally. This issue highlights the Section on Tumors Executive Committee efforts and plans to further its mission advancing the care of our patients with equity, precision and diligence under the leadership of Isabelle M. Germano, MD, MBA, FAANS, FACS, Section Chair, who started her post at the end of the AANS 2022 Annual meeting. We thank all the authors of this issue for their hard work to the section and for their contribution to this edition of the newsletter.
