We had a vibrant and successful CNS 2022 Meeting featuring events hosted by WINS. Here are a few highlights from our group activities at the CNS. We look forward to seeing you in 2023!
WINS Medical Students Boba Tea Social
During CNS, the WINS Medical Student Committee (MSC) hosted a Boba Tea Social for medical students. Students networked with one another, discussing their rotation and research experiences while also getting to know WINS faculty over boba tea.
WINS CNS Reception
WINS hosted a reception during CNS to highlight major accomplishments of the organization over the past year, introduce the Medical Student Committee and brainstorm new ideas and events to continue to uplift and support women interest and pursuing neurosurgery. During this reception, many notable WINS mentors were presented with awards due to their involvement in advancing the field of neurosurgery and providing resources for women to access neurosurgery.
