Local/regional events for women neurosurgeons occur in various locations throughout the year. Here we feature a spring gathering of women neurosurgeons and neurosurgeons in training in Northeastern Ohio, practicing in the greater Cleveland area and Akron. The evening was a lively event at a local establishment, reminiscing over dinner on the beginnings of the WINS group as told by Dr. Deborah Benzil, and providing mentoring support for an incoming neurosurgery resident.
