In early March, the AANS/CNS Section on Disorders of the Spine and Peripheral Nerves and the AANS/CNS Section on Pain held their annual meetings in Las Vegas, with joint events and presentations. WINS held a reception on March 7, 2020, with attendees from both the Spine and Pain Section Meetings joining the event for an evening of networking and meeting new colleagues over refreshments and camaraderie. In addition, during the annual meetings, WINS past-president Jennifer Sweet, MD, FAANS, FACS, gave an introduction of the Pain Section address at the Spine Summit Meeting as part of the Opioids and Spine Surgery section.
