Our social media platforms helped spread the word, and these chat events were well attended. <\/p>\n<p>The first virtual chat was held on the Zoom platform on April 14 as a happy hour chat in the evening, providing a means for the WINS community to connect and enjoy each other\u2019s virtual company as we celebrate the 30<sup>th<\/sup> Anniversary of WINS. The event was well attended by a varied and enthusiastic WINS community group, including members from various locations, women in various practice settings, residents\/fellows and students. Breakout rooms allowed smaller groups to share experiences and connect virtually. <\/p>\n<p>The second WINS Chat was held on April 30&nbsp;and focused on addressing health care provider wellness during a pandemic.
