Live. Join us as we honor the history and achievements of women in the field of neurosurgery. The Neurosurgery Research &amp; Education Foundation (NREF) will host cocktails and light dinner with entertainment provided by <strong>Dr. Will Flanary (AKA Dr. Glacomflecken)<\/strong>, an ophthalmologist and comedian known for his medical satire skits on social media. This event will focus on honoring the work of two extraordinary women, <strong>Dr. Shelly Timmons<\/strong> and <strong>Dr. Karin Murasko<\/strong>, who have been leaders not only in their fields of neurotrauma and pediatric neurosurgery, but for our incredible WINS community as a whole. This year, Dr. Anima Anandkumar is honored as the Louise Eisenhardt Lecturer at the 2023 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting. Dr. Anandkumar is the Bren Professor of Computing at California Institute of Technology, and the director of machine learning at NVIDIA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>NEW: Childcare at the 2023 AANS Annual Scientific Meeting <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>New this year for , onsite childcare will be offered for children ages three months to 12 years old throughout the entire meeting.
