The program will consist of two mentoring groups: one with faculty members mentoring a small group of residents\/fellows, and one with residents\/fellows mentoring a small group of medical students. Once these groups are established, WINS will send out monthly discussion topics (grant writing, personal statement development, navigating the job search, etc.) to facilitate mentor-mentee interactions.
