The ASSFN is undergoing a new Strategic Planning initiative recently begun by President Bob Gross. Details of this process are in Dr. Gross’s Presidential Message. This long overdue evaluation of our society will allow us to reassess and better define our mission.
ASSFN highlights from the recent CNS Annual Meeting are summarized by Bob McGovern and Brett Youngerman. We congratulate our many award winning presentations and presenters.
The remainder of the newsletter is once again dedicated to updating our ASSFN Membership on what our ASSFN Executive Committee is working on, through its various committees on behalf of our society. Our committee chairs have summarized the active ongoing issues within their domains.
If you, as an ASSFN member, would like to become more involved in any of our committees’ work, please reach out to the respective committee chair directly or to me or Dr. Gross if you need directional assistance. We want all of our members to contribute their intellect and talents to our organization.
