Planning for the 2020 Tumor Satellite Symposium, to be held September 11-12 at the Miami Beach Convention Center, is well under way. Four general sessions are planned, to include invited talks by recognized experts in spinal oncology, brain tumor microenvironment, clinical research by neurosurgeons and management of tumor recurrence. These invited presentations will be followed by an abstract-driven program with both oral and poster presentations. Additionally, there will be a series of luncheon and afternoon breakout sessions that will be more practical in nature. Finally, there will be a special symposium devoted to the career of Ed Laws, MD, FAANS(L), that will feature talks by his colleagues and trainees.

The AANS/CNS Section on Tumors will also celebrate its 32nd anniversary with a gala celebration on the evening of September 11.

Additional details regarding invited speakers and abstract submissions will be available in the spring of 2020.
